We are seeking someone to join our dynamic team. The Children’s Coordinator (CC) provides case management to St Anne’s Place children to address behavioral, medical, social, educational and emotional issues.  The CC will coordinate community resources and on-site and offsite activities.  This position provides supportive and trauma informed services to children.

  • Provide individualized case management through weekly meetings
  • Complete children’s intake
  • Complete and track goal setting plans with children
  • Facilitate age appropriate children’s groups
  • Develop an activities calendar that has consistent and weekly age appropriate activities
  • Track group attendance
  • Coordinate meetings with school, preschools, and daycare
  • Attend school conference meetings and other school meetings as needed
  • Attend weekly resident review meetings
  • Assist with planning activities during school breaks, summer vacations, and holidays
  • Create engagement incentives for kids
  • Be a liaison for PICA and St. Anne’s Place
  • Attend monthly PICA meetings
  • Supervise child volunteers which includes tutors
  • Record and maintain receipts for credit card purchases
  • Track grant money usage and provide grant writer with required documentation
  • Collaborate with other members of case management team
  • Other tasks as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Knowledge of and ability to work with families, parents, children and youth of diverse racial, ethnic, and economic backgrounds
  • Exceptional communication skills required
  • Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google services
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take initiative, multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Assist with childcare during programming and times that parents need a break
  • Develop a children’s welcome packet and review this packet during your intake
  • Ability to build rapport with parents and children


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must have a good driving record and valid auto insurance
  • Criminal and driver’s background checks required
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience working with kids
  • Must have one year of case management experience
